Service Description

HESAC stands for Hand, Eye, Strength, Agility, and Conditioning. HESAC is a fun and supportive program that helps kids build the foundational skills to be a confident athlete in any sport. In this class, we also introduce basic skills for baseball, basketball, football and soccer. Ages: 4-7 Dates: Every Monday and Wednesday (60 minutes)
