Great Park - HESAC (Ages 4-7)

Service Description

HESAC stands for Hand, Eye, Strength, Agility, and Conditioning. HESAC is a fun and supportive program that helps kids build the foundational skills to be a confident athlete in any sport. In this class, we also introduce basic skills for baseball, basketball, football and soccer. Ages: 4-7 Dates: Every Monday and Wednesday from 5-6pm starting 1/19/2026. (60 minutes)
