An intro to Multi-Sport Skills (Ages 4–9) At Coach All Ball, we believe the best athletes are built on a foundation of variety, play, and fun. Our Intro to Multi-Sport Skills class is designed for kids ages 4 to 9 to explore basketball, baseball, football, and more, while developing the fundamentals that carry over to every sport they’ll play in the future. This class isn’t about specializing too early—it’s about giving kids the chance to discover, learn, and grow across different games. Whether it’s dribbling down the court, throwing a football, or fielding a ground ball or catching a pop fly, every week brings something new and exciting that keeps them engaged and active. Below are some program highlights... Basketball Basics: * Learn to dribble, pass, and shoot using age-appropriate equipment. * Develop balance, coordination, and footwork through fun games like “dribble tag” and “mini-hoops challenges.” * Build confidence working in small groups and learning teamwork. Baseball & Tee-Ball Skills: * Throwing and catching fundamentals with soft balls designed for safety. * Hitting off the tee and progressing to coach-pitch for older kids. * Fielding drills that emphasize hand-eye coordination and quick reactions. Football Fun: * Non-contact, flag-football style introduction to the game. * Learn how to grip, throw, and catch a football. * Team-based relay races and scrimmages to teach spacing, movement, and strategy. We mix in a variety of additional activities and sports (soccer, kickball, relay races, and agility challenges) to keep every session fresh. The goal is to expose kids to multiple games so they develop a love for movement and sport as a whole. Our program is built on our specially designed HESAC foundation: Hand-Eye – Tracking the ball, improving coordination. Strength – Building age-appropriate physical development through fun drills. Agility – Learning to move quickly, change direction, and react. Conditioning – Improving stamina and endurance through active games. Why Multi-Sport Matters? Confidence: Kids gain pride as they learn new skills in multiple sports. Character: Lessons in teamwork, leadership, and fair play are woven into every session. Community: Sports build friendships and social circles that last far beyond the field or court. Future Opportunities: From recreational leagues to competitive teams, multi-sport kids have more pathways open to them. Our philosophy is simple: Train All. Play All. Be All… Coach All Ball!
